This is a 9-week introduction to running based on the Couch to 5k course that we run occasionally at Woodgreen.
It is great for those starting out in running, returning after a break or coming back from injury. All the activity will take place in a group and the sessions are tailored to your speed, so there is no-one too slow for this!
We will provide hi-vis clothing and lights. All you need is clothing appropriate for the weather and trainers you can run in.
