‘But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; 
and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria,
 and to the ends of the earth.’ Acts 1:8.

 
On Sunday evenings in February and March 2026, we rejoin the story of the UNSTOPPABLE growth of God’s church, as recorded in the book of Acts.
 
We left Acts in April 2025 at the end of chapter 12, having seen the church grow ‘in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria’; chapters 13-17 trace this growth further afield, ‘to the ends of the earth’. As the church is established in Europe for the first time, there is still opposition and different reactions to the gospel, but we see, time and time again, that God is greater than them all, building his church mightily.
 
Following Bruce Rossington’s Seminar Track and in the lead up to this year’s HopeFest events, these chapters will, by God’s grace, encourage us to be bold in our evangelism and believe even more in God’s glorious church-building power.
