What does a team member do?

Audio - tasks include band setup at Thursday practices, live mixing at Sunday services, support to mid-week events (an appreciation of musicality is helpful).
Visual - tasks include setup of service playlists (songs, readings, etc), clicking through services, support to mid-week events.
Streaming - tasks include operation of cameras (remote moving), selection of shots, operation of streaming & recording (an artistic nature is helpful).
Install - adhoc install & maintenance sessions, typically mid-week.

Who would it suit?

Someone who is reliable & calm, musical and/or artistic, comfortable with general computer use.
(You don't need to be super techy.)

How is the role supported?

We provide:

• Full on the job training.
• A 'buddy' as long as is needed.
• People around to help "in the moment" should it all go wrong.

When would someone be needed to serve?

Flexible, but more often to begin with in order to support learning. Rotas for Sunday services come out every few months based on people's availability.
